(WAVY) — A mother and father are asking the Peninsula community for help to find their missing son, 26-year-old Jarred Cabanban, last seen May 20 when he was released from Riverside Mental Health and Recovery Center. According to Jarred Cabanban’s family, all they know is he was receiving treatment at Riverside Regional. Now, the family has questions on his whereabouts and how he was able to leave the facility.
