At 3 p.m. Monday, the National Moment of Remembrance is observed to honor those who died as a result of service to the nation. The Moment was first proclaimed in May 2000 for Memorial Day that year, and was put into law by the United States Congress in December 2000.

The symphony selected Maestro Yaniv Dinur as its new conductor and music director on May 16, and now it's rolling out the schedule for an exciting 45th anniversary 2025-2026 season.
