The saying goes that two is a coincidence, but three makes a trend — and with yet another Sarasota-Manatee restaurant, one that once created quite the buzz, set to close at the end of the month, that trend is getting hard to ignore — like the unhinged Facebook rants of a distant cousin obsessed with chemtrails. And hopefully it’s just the pessimist in me, but after a long Memorial Day weekend filled with barbecue, beers, and uncomfortable conversations with relatives, what’s next?
