Skyway Wellness is a health and wellness coaching company owned and operated by Whitesburg native, Sheila Arrington. Arrington comes back into the community with over 20 years of experience in behavioral and mental health coaching.

The Resource Center will continue its tradition of providing for resident needs while attracting a wide array of resource providers into the community.

    Rich’s Foods of Morristown held a flag-raising ceremony to celebrate an important achievement. Rich’s Foods reached the second phase of TPM. TPM, which stands for Total Productive Maintenance, is a concept that is designed to create a team-based system to improve equipment effectiveness. Plant Manager Scott Kington says that achieving this milestone for the Morristown plant is a proud moment for him and his employees, as the Morristown plant is the first Rich’s location to reach phase two.
