ATLANTA (WXIX) - Cincinnati Reds rookie Tyler Callihan is expected to have surgery after he broke his left forearm during a game against the Atlanta Braves Monday night. The 24-year-old, who made his debut for the Reds April 30, was in the outfield going to catch an in-the-park ball when he crashed into the wall near the foul line. Callihan tried to stop the impact with his left arm, but his forearm ended up bending in an unexpected and gruesome way when he hit the wall.
