    The Everett City Council voted Tuesday evening to ask the State Attorney General to force Mayor Carlo DeMaria to pay back $180,000 in bonus money.According to a February public letter issued by Inspector General Jeffrey Shapiro, DeMaria received the $180,000 through a misapplication of the city's mayoral longevity ordinance between 2016 and 2021.
