MICHIGAN CITY — Robert Rolfe Feddersen – the former frontman of ’90s post-grunge band Loudmouth, who’s song “Fly” rose to the top of the rock radio charts, as well as the soundtrack album of “Varsity Blues” in 1999 – noted that he has two strong connections to Michigan City. First, he has been playing shows in the community since he was 19 years old. kAm$64@?5[ 96 7@F?5 @FE[ ;FDE EH@ J62CD 28@[ E92E 9:D 3:@=@8:42= 72E96C[ s2G:5 ~=D@?[ 2?

MICHIGAN CITY — For La Porte director John Hancock, the most interesting aspect of Stephen King’s “Misery” wasn’t necessarily the story of a homicidal fan kidnapping her favorite author in order to continue a series of popular romance novels. Rather, for Hancock, who directed the cult horror film “Let’s Scare Jessica to Death,” the Hitchcockian suspense of “Misery” was only one aspect of the story he enjoyed, especially when it came to the stage adaptation.
