Established Incorporated, a global brand licensing company, is entering the premium lifestyle market through a joint venture with ACI Licensing to acquire stakes in four women’s lifestyle brands: Badgley Mischka, C&C California, Kay Unger and RACHEL Rachel Roy. Under the agreement, Established will hold a 51% controlling interest in the venture, while ACI Licensing retains 49%. ACI will continue overseeing day-to-day operations and managing relationships with manufacturers and retailers.

POP MART, the global designer toy and entertainment brand, has announced two moves in the company: the grand opening of a new store in Westfield Culver City and a celebration through a food collaboration with the city’s Monty’s Good Burger. This marks POP MART’s eighth store in the SoCal region, along with a new store in the Northridge Fashion Center on the horizon. The Westfield Culver City store officially opened its doors on March 21 and held a grand opening ceremony on March 29.
