    AT 39 MINUTES. WE ARE FOLLOWING BREAKING NEWS THIS MORNING. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL’S OFFICE SAYS IT IS INVESTIGATING A SUSPICIOUS DEATH IN LITTLETON. DETAILS RIGHT NOW ARE VERY LIMITED, BUT WE DO KNOW THAT THE PERSON WHO DIED IS A MAN. AND POLICE SAY THERE IS NO THREAT TO THE PUBLIC AT THIS POINT.

    First responders across the state are mourning the loss of Goffstown Fire Captain William "Bill" Connor. The Goffstown Fire Department said Connor died Thursday at the age of 63. Authorities said Connor began his career in Goffstown as a call firefighter in 1980. He was appointed as a permanent firefighter and fire inspector in 1997. Goffstown fire said Connor was later promoted to Captain and appointed Director of the Community Risk Division.

    The Belmont Police Department is remembering the life of a retired K-9 that passed away on Friday. K-9 Vito worked with his partner, Lt. Evan Boulanger, to serve their community for eight years.     A family in Moultonborough is safe but without a home after a fire on Hanson Mill Road on Friday. The fire started as a garage fire before spreading to the house, according to officials. No injuries were reported.

    Road conditions in Dalton are getting better after part of Route 135 was washed out during flash floods caused by the remnants of Hurricane Beryl in July. Officials say there were sinkholes in the asphalt and a bridge collapsed. Residents say it has added a significant amount of time to the commute between Dalton and Littleton. The bridge is set to be open for one lane of alternating traffic while officials finish the guardrails and traffic lights to fully open it.
