PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Tonight: Our cold front has passed and now we have beautiful weather! Dry air has filtered in; dew points are in the 50s! This makes the air feel much more comfortable. Tonight’s low temperatures are forecast to drop to the low 60s inland and in the upper 60 to near 70 degrees for the coast under clear skies. Tomorrow: Very similar conditions will continue for Sunday. High will be into the upper 80s with plenty of sunshine. Dew points will stay in the low 60s.

Spotty showers originating in the Gulf have made it on shore this morning... the last of the line of storms will enter into the panhandle this evening and night as the cold front finally passes our viewing area. A 50% chance of rain is forecast. Temperatures will be in the upper 80s to low 90s but feeling even warmer because of dew points in the 70s.

PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Storms and showers will continue to push eastward through NWFL this morning and mid-day as an 80% chance of rain is forecast... by the evening, storm and shower activity is forecast to take a break before straggling pop-ups kick up tomorrow as the cold front passes through. Behind the front, dew points will drop which will allow for our air to feel much more comfortable as we enjoy the weekend with highs in the mid to upper 80s, sunny skies, and less humidity.

Spotty sea breezy activity is in our forecast for the afternoon and evening hours. High temperatures stay on theme in the upper 80s to low 90s. Short Term/Long Term: Elevated rain chances continue with an 80% chance as a cold front passes on Thursday and Friday. Once the front passes, our weather will start to clear up.

(WJHG/WECP) - Today: Temperatures will continue to be very warm today in the upper 80s to low 90s and feeling even warmer, up to 100 degrees because of dew points in the mid to upper 70s. A 30% chance of rain is forecast today, mainly inland and towards the northwestern portion of the panhandle. Wednesday: The sea breeze kicks up more tomorrow causing a 50% chance of storms and showers, mostly along and north of Hwy 20.
