I am not alone when I say that I can eat Mexican food every day. What's there not to like about it? Spicy meat, cheese, chips and tortillas should be their own food group that we are required to eat every day. New Hampshire has so many amazing Mexican restaurants like La Carreta's, Margarita's and Cinco de Mayo. I'll tell you why these three are my favorites. La Carreta's is one of my favorite restaurants in downtown Portsmouth. There are other locations in other parts of the state as well.

Owners of the Windham Restaurant  in Windham, NH were no doubt terrified when they got a call this past week that their eatery was on fire. Sahal and Karolyn Laher, the owners of the property say that they love the Windham, NH community and will return "bigger and better."According to WMUR, the owners have spent the last 2 1/2 years working hard to build the business, so when they saw the damage to the kitchen and the back of the restaurant, they were in shock.

When it comes to camping in New Hampshire, or anywhere in New England, really, booking can be stressful. There are hundreds of amazing camping spots all over New Hampshire, ranging from private cabins, privately owned and operated land, to state and federally funded campgrounds. Each campground and campsite has its pros/cons. For example, if you are a first-time camper (minimal gear, experience, supplies), there are different campgrounds that I would recommend.
