The first three months of 2025 saw over 20 Maine restaurants close their doors for good. Saying goodbye is hard, whether it's been a recently opened place you enjoyed or a longtime staple you've had many memories in. Sadly, April is seeing a few more restaurants ending their run and adding their names to the closure list for the year. Ancho Honey via Facebook; CanvaAncho Honey in Tenants Harbor, Maine, announced on a post on Facebook on April 4 that it would be closing for good.

Westernview Golf ClubOver the years, I've written a fair share about local places to grab incredible chicken tenders. A couple of the best places including Lisa's Restaurant, Two Maine Guys, Westernview Golf and of course The Red Barn. However, there's a little hidden secret in Augusta when it comes to chicken tenders.

"Stranger Things" and "Thunderbolts*" actor David Harbour was spotted at A1 Diner in Gardiner, Maine, in 2023, and Massachusetts native Matt Damon was at a Kittery smoothie shop in 2024.
