The hospital urges you to take the heat seriously and recognize the warning sings before it threatens your life. “We’ve seen a handful of heat injuries coming into the emergency department over the last week or so, especially with this extreme heat we’ve been experiencing,” Jeremey Malloch, Director of Nursing at Community Health Network, said.

LAWRENCE, Ind. (WISH) — The Fort Ben branch of the Indianapolis Public Library has renewed its status as the state’s first and only Certified Autism Center. At the library in northeast Marion County, inclusion is more than just a goal, it’s a commitment, and it’s just been renewed with the national recognition. Fort Ben has nearly doubled its autism and neurodiversity collection since opening in 2023. The library plans to continue to expand its sensory-friendly programming.
