INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Some areas since Tuesday picked up on two to three inches plus of rainfall. This ongoing system will gradually drift away from our area. It will be replaced with a stronger system that features near record high temperatures and severe storm threats. Wednesday night: A warm front is expected to slowly drift northeastward throughout tonight. It will spark scattered showers and storms. Isolated severe hail is not out of the question up to interstate 74. Lows in the mid 60s.

WESTFIELD (WISH) — Wood Wind Golf Course in Westfield is participating in the WISH-TV GR8 Golf Card promotion. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy local golf courses in the area. CLEVELAND (WISH) — The Cleveland Cavaliers lead at halftime in Game 5 of their best-of-seven playoff series against the Indiana Pacers. The Cavs lead 56-52 at the break. The Pacers trailed by as many as 19 points in the first half but have fought their way back to be within four points at the half. In fact, the Pacers were within just one point after a Tyrese Haliburton three-pointer with 1:16 to play in the second quarter.

SPEEDWAY, Ind. (WISH) — For Chris Nodine, Brian Cuneo and Rawn Walley, hours of boredom can turn into seconds of chaos in an instant. Nodine is the fire chief of South Madison Fire Territory in Madison County, northeast of Indianapolis, and a retired Anderson firefighter. Cuneo is a firefighter-paramedic for Greenfield in Hancock County, east of Indianapolis. Walley is a retired firefighter for Sugar Creek Township in Hancock County.

The expo is not open to the public. It’s only open to those in the sweets and snacks trade. Attendees can see all of the latest trends in the industry. At the convention guest can also see the Indiana Trail, which features a variety of Indiana based brands.
