This year’s theme for international women’s day is ‘Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress’. While I think this is a brilliant and much needed theme, I also think it could feel overwhelming for individuals wanting to play their part. So today,I’d love to share with you some of the ways men have invested in me in smaller ways, which have accelerated my growth – and led me to help accelerate the growth of other women too.
