Elections Canada is hiring more than 250,000 poll workers across the country for advance voting and election day work. While those advance polls begin Friday, it’s not too late to apply, an Elections Canada spokesperson confirmed to Metroland. “Currently there are still positions open for advance voting days, but we are mainly looking for election workers for election day (April 28),” said Elections Canada spokesperson Nathalie de Montigny.
