Photocatalyst-free formate-mediated C-O cleavage by EDA complex and SCS strategy for synthesis of diaryl 1,4-diketone in air
Under mild visible light conditions, formates facilitate C-O cleavage via the EDA complex and SCS strategy, yielding the α-carbonyl alkyl radicals. This radical then reacts with olefins under air condition, leading to the synthesis of diaryl 1,4-dicarbonyl compounds.

IntroductionClick to copy section linkSection link copied! The phosphor-converted white-light-emitting diodes (pc-WLEDs) are attractive solid-state lighting sources due to their high luminous efficiency, low power consumption, and long life-span. (1,2) The most widely used commercial pc-WLEDs are made by combining an InGaN blue-light LED chip with yellow phosphor Y3Al5O12:Ce3+ (YAG:Ce3+). However, these pc-WLEDs have shortcomings such as thermal instability and efficiency drop.

AbstractTargeted protein degradation (TPD) relies on molecules engaging host protein degradation machinery. Here, we developed a novel TPD platform based on antigen endocytosis and degradation by chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells. T cells expressing a CAR with TNFR1 as the antigen-binding domain (TNFR1T) were able to bind, endocytose, and degrade TNF in vitro. To enhance in vivo expansion and persistence of TNFR1T cells, BCOR and ZC3H12A were depleted, generating TNFR1TIF cells.

An HPQ-based near-infrared dye for the detection of ClO− and accurate imaging of cells and mouse tumor sites in situ†
A new fluorescent probe (SWJT-32) with a large Stokes shift was designed and synthesized with 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-4(1H)-quinazolinone (HPQ) as the skeleton and N,N-dimethylthiocarbamate as the recognition site.
