CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (IOWA'S NEWS NOW) — A crash is blocking a portion of I-380 in Cedar Rapids that may be slowing you down on the Wednesday morning commute. The Iowa DOT is reporting a multi-car crash on northbound I-380 near the Wright Brothers Boulevard exit. The crash is currently blocking the road. We are told that drivers in the area have been told to exit and find an alternate route.

DES MOINES, Iowa — Gas prices in the state have dropped just over 6 cents a gallon, with the average on Monday at $2.87 a gallon. GasBuddy surveys 2,036 stations in Iowa. It shows that prices in Iowa are nearly 15 cents lower than last month and nearly 32 cents lower than a year ago. Diesel costs are also down, with the national average at $3.56 a gallon. The cheapest station in the state had gas as $2.44 a gallon, $4.11 was the highest.
