TACOMA, Wash. — Nearly a month after a hit-and-run incident in Tacoma left a woman hospitalized with severe injuries, police continue an active search for the suspect accused of attempted murder. The incident occurred on April 29 when Heather Elaine Person, 47, allegedly used a truck to intentionally strike the victim in a smoke shop parking lot along Pacific Avenue. According to court documents, the attack stemmed from a domestic dispute.
