Chazin Nasario-Rodrigues is described as 5-foot-1, 130 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and Hawaiian. He was last seen at 7:55 p.m. May 27 in the area of 100 block of Haili Street in Hilo, wearing a black shirt and black surf shorts.
