LAS VEGAS ( KLAS ) – The City of Las Vegas has scheduled a public meeting to talk about plans to rip up Charleston (again). This time between downtown and Maryland Pkwy. The proposed $49-million 2-year storm drain project isn’t scheduled to start until sometime in the fall, so you don’t have to go into panic mode just yet. Charisse writes:“With the much needed road work on Maryland Pkwy around Charleston, aren’t these companies mandated to wet down loose dirt and debris? Driving south down Maryland Pkwy can be dangerous with debris flying everywhere and near zero visibility. Where is code enforcement?
