According to the Berea Police Department, 75 -year-old Steven Gerlaugh was taken into custody overnight. The search for Gerlaugh began after a shooting on Baldwin street. Police said Gerlaugh was wanted for questioning.

Officers investigating the shooting as a homicide LEXINGTON, Ky. Medical Marijuana becomes legal in the state in January LOUISVILLE, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — Kentucky’s first medical cannabis license lottery was held Monday at the Kentucky Lottery Corp. in Louisville. According to Gov. Andy Beshear, 26 businesses were selected for medical cannabis cultivation and processor licenses. “All medical cannabis that is cultivated, processed, tested and dispensed will be done so right here in Kentucky,” said Gov. Beshear.
