    GULF SHORES, Ala. (WKRG) — The United States Geological Survey has recorded an earthquake off the coast of Gulf Shores Friday afternoon. According to the USGS, the 3.1 magnitude earthquake occurred around 2:40 p.m. about 70 miles off the coast. Its depth was 10 kilometers, or 6.2 miles, according to the USGS.     SEMMES, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Assistant District Attorney J. Eric Van Loock is asking a Mobile court to revoke the bond of a man previously arrested on a manslaughter charge after the man was arrested again on Thursday, according to court documents. 20-year-old Brayden Robert Hollie was arrested in October 2024 in connection with the fentanyl overdose death of 18-year-old Jayce Ward. Ward was found at a home on Vickers Road in Semmes on Aug. 6, according to previous reporting.

    MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile rapper Nashon Terral Itez Jones, known as HoneyKomb Brazy, has been sentenced on federal gun charges after being arrested in December 2023 during a traffic stop. According to court documents, Jones was sentenced to 30 months in prison on Friday, with credit for the time he had served since the end of 2023.
