Unbelievable - it took two days for a Govt department to tell me who to attribute some comments to for a response they had already provided.

Voting papers for the Hamilton East by-election arrived today and only 15 of the 24 candidates actually live in the area they want to represent. Only two mentioned keeping an eye on council spending so it didn't burden households.
