Loungefest, which started in 2013, is the company’s yearly celebration to thank more than 9,000 of its team members for their year-round hard work and dedication. A fleet of coaches transporting staff from almost 300 sites across the UK descended on Ragley Hall in Warwickshire, which hosted the party. The day-long festival featured fairground rides, DJ sets, music stages hosting performances from bands and Loungers’ staff, games, activities and a variety of food and drink stalls.
