Less than two years later, former employees are now speaking out about unfair treatment they say they experienced at the factory. Metro Councilmembers Tammy Hawkins and JP Lyninger held a press conference with several former workers to address allegations of unsafe work environments and discrimination.

NELSON COUNTY, Ky. (WAVE) - Brooks Houck appeared in court virtually Thursday as his defense attorneys and state prosecutors argued over what expert testimony will be used at his upcoming trial. Houck and Joseph Lawson are set to be tried together at the end of June for their roles in Rogers’ presumed murder. Special prosecutor Shane Young filed a motion requesting the defense to provide more information on the testimony of the experts they plan to call at trial.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - LMPD has arrested five people in connection to a theft ring after a man was caught on camera stealing items from a Louisville Walgreens. Shopper Sean Peoples followed the man around the store, recording him as he grabbed everything he could carry off the shelves. Peoples even followed the man outside as he got into a car full of several other people, catching the license plate on camera.
