Paul Mangan, 73, of Holliston, has pleaded not guilty to motor vehicle homicide by negligence. Mangan was arraigned June 17 in Framingham District Court. The charge stems from a crash last July in Holliston that killed a 62-year-old motorcyclist. A Holliston man pleaded not guilty on Tuesday, June 17, in Framingham District Court to charges he faces regarding a fatal crash last year. Paul Mangan, 73, was arraigned Tuesday on one count of motor vehicle homicide by negligence.

Authorities have identified the bicyclist who died in a crash earlier this week in Bellingham. Robert Gauthier, 60, of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, died as a result of injuries suffered when he was struck by a car while riding bicycle on Monday, June 9, near 120 South Main St. (Route 126). Bellingham Police said Gauthier was struck at about 12:44 p.m. He was transported to Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket, where he was declared dead, police said.

The suspects allegedly altered stolen checks and deposited them into shell company accounts. The thefts occurred in 2023 and 2024, with suspects facing up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
