A man filmed a "mini-tornado" in Cornwall as it raced across a field and dumped cut hay all over his back garden. Simon Root says he was amazed as the "dust-devil" headed towards him and his back yard. It has been described as like 'The Wizard of Oz'. Hay was dragged way up in the sky and flung around in a big circle. Eventually the mini whirlwind passed over Simon's garden and preceded to dump the hay all over his pristine lawn.
