The 'responsible tenant reward' scheme was first set up in 2014 and initially saw Nottingham council housing tenants given £100 every Christmas.

Farage was back in Notts today ahead of the county council elections on May 1. The race looks tight and asked if Reform would do a coalition deal with other parties to run the county, he said: "In practical terms, you've got to." More on @nottslive. https://t.co/NLP3iykeFq
