New Civil Engineer
New Civil Engineer is a monthly publication designed for members of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), the official body that regulates civil engineering in the UK. Launched in May 1972, the magazine is currently published by Ascential, which took over the title and editorial responsibilities from ICE in 1995 under the name Emap. Despite this change in ownership, the ICE continues to engage with the magazine's content through an editorial advisory board and a supervisory board.
