When he noticed the woman, he ran further away before disappearing. The woman then got to an iron bridge in Great Hollands, and just before she could cross over, the man jumped out of a bush wearing a balaclava and masturbated at her. The incident happened on Thursday, June 12, at 4 pm in broad daylight.
