On Thursday, BBC Radio Leicester's Owynn Palmer-Atkin has been answering your questions about Leicester City. Britney asked: What is a small win that Steve Cooper could make to get the sceptics back on board with his decisions? Owynn answered: My initial thought was to play Ricardo Pereira as an inverted midfielder and field two wingers,- similar to last season under Enzo Maresca.

While Leicester City have only taken two points from a possible twelve, the alarm bells should not be sounding yet. The level of progression from game t -game under Steve Cooper has been tangible. The first-half performance against Crystal Palace was the best of the season so far, and it was certainly a far cry from the levels shown in the final pre-season game against Lens, where real concern started to kick in. Leicester are looking more like a team with an identity every time they play.

Leicester City have put their ยฃ89.7m loss down to three key issues. First was the drop in Premier League prize money - falling from eighth to 18th in the table in the space of 12 months. That drop off resulted in the club's relegation from the top flight, but also a drop of around ยฃ30-35m in prize money revenue. There's also the lack of European football, after the club failed to qualify the previous season.

Leicester Cityโs charge of an alleged breach of profitability and sustainability rules should not come as a surprise. Warning signs regarding the club's financial situation have been flickering since the summer of 2022, when then-manager Brendan Rodgers complained of a lack of funds to further build a squad that had twice missed out on Champions League qualification. That summer, Rodgers said he had spent weeks convincing players to sign for the club before being told funds were not available.

It was a night to remember on the south coast for Leicester City as they showed grit, fight and belief to get themselves into the FA Cup quarter finals. Aside from Abdul Fatawuโs stunning strike, it feels like a backs-to-the-wall performance like that has been a long time coming for Leicester City. They also proved that they have the ability to go toe-to-toe with Premier League opposition and that will have pleased Enzo Maresca.
