ST. LOUIS (KMOV/Gray News) - A 41-year-old man is charged with attacking his parents after an argument about the internet going down at their home. St. Louis Metropolitan Police arrested Maurice A. Fulton on Sunday. He is charged with two counts of third-degree domestic assault. According to authorities, police arrived at the home after multiple calls about a disturbance and met with Fulton’s parents, who are 74 and 73 years old.
