Sarah Gad drug investigation The case has been linked to a jailhouse drug investigation involving the trafficking of fentanyl-soaked paperwork behind bars. Wiggins’ defense attorney, Sarah Gad had her home, and a cell phone searched as part of the probe. On Tuesday, Gad argued the murder case should be tossed out.

MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office says it will no longer rely on the work or testimony of a digital forensic expert in pending cases after questions were raised about Mark Lanterman’s education and employment background. Trial expert's background under scrutiny The FOX 9 Investigators obtained a copy of a letter sent to impacted attorneys on Thursday notifying them that the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office has launched an investigation into Lanterman’s background.

Fmr Sen. Eichorn spoke only once during nearly 3 hours of testimony & arguments at his hearing in St Paul today, just couple miles from Capitol where he served. He told judge, "It is clear, your honor" when asked if he understood he cannot possess guns while out on release. @FOX9

Also of note, judge finds probable cause to sustain the charges against Eichorn. So, the case moves forward. As for gun found in his StP apartment, he has conceal/carry permit. And his atty said he faced lots of threats for his Trump Derangement Syndrome law proposal. @FOX9
