Kenner, Louisiana, police arrested Christian Anderson, 33, in connection with the Feb. 5 death of Manzano, a reporter in town for Super Bowl LIX. At 7:20 a.m., Excelsior Springs police and fire units were dispatched to the area of the Clay-Ray VA Building at 200 Veterans Memorial Drive for a traffic accident, according to police spokesperson Lt. Ryan Dowdy. First responders found a vehicle lodged in the roof.
