H-E-B LP has been cleared to put its name on piece of the 5-acre Halperin Park currently under construction in southern Dallas as the grocery giant weighs a seven-figure donation for the project. The Dallas Park and Recreation Board approved the name of the H-E-B Main Stage Fountain at Halperin Park during its April 3 meeting.

The Irving-based health care company purchased about 80% of an eye services organization, adding another large deal to the health care giant's portfolio. McKesson Corp. has completed its $850 million purchase of a majority interest in eye care service provider PRISM Vision Holdings LLC. The Irving-headquartered health care company announced April 2 it officially acquired an 80% controlling interest in the New Providence, New Jersey-based company. PRISM physicians retain a 20% stake.
