AbstractChromatin and transcription regulators are critical to defining cell identity through shaping epigenetic and transcriptional landscapes, with their misregulation being closely linked to oncogenesis. Pharmacologically targeting these regulators, particularly the transcription-activating BET proteins, has emerged as a promising approach in cancer therapy, yet intrinsic or acquired resistance frequently occurs, with poorly understood mechanisms.

1 Introduction The palatine tonsil is an important immune-active tissue [1] and the first barrier to foreign bacteria entering the body. Inflammatory changes and hypertrophy in the palatine tonsils are common pediatric diseases. Inflammatory diseases have a sudden onset and progress rapidly, potentially to peritonsil cellulitis and abscess, which may be life-threatening [2].
