A brawl erupted Tuesday between the two families on either side of a triple-homicide trial outside of a courtroom in the 19th Judicial District courthouse. As both families exited the courtroom into the hallway, a woman from one said something to the other, which escalated into a fight, a Sheriff's Office source said. No injuries were reported and charges are expected for those involved.

Two years after the 2014 fatal shooting of a 7-year-old boy in Baton Rouge, a traffic stop uncovered a gun stolen in Ruston that investigators - through ballistic tests and cell phone records - used to link a man arrested Monday to the killing, records show. The driver, Rashad Montreal Turner, would ultimately be arrested in the killing of 7-year-old Terrez Coleman, who was struck by a bullet Aug. 16, 2014, on Prescott Road as he rode home with his parents and two sisters from a family reunion.
