TERREBONNE PARISH, La. (WGNO) — A Houma man is dead following a crash on a Terrebonne Parish Highway. Louisiana State Police said around 4 p.m. on April 21, troopers were called to the scene of a two-vehicle crash on Louisiana Highway 57 near Ashland Landfill Road. The investigation revealed a Kenworth garbage truck was headed south on the highway with 69-year-old Tony Frisella Jr. driving in a Dodge Ram behind it.
