INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Roan Waters and Madison Marshall were sentenced Friday for their roles in the death of 1-year-old Oaklee Snow, with Waters receiving 45 years and Marshall receiving 25 years. Oaklee Snow was found dead in 2023, and her death was ruled a homicide. The couple had taken off from Oklahoma with Oaklee and her younger brother, who had been taken from their biological father.
