According to the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office, the shooting occurred along Hailey Stone Court within the city limits of Wagener, SC. The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office confirms that an emergency dispatch call came into Aiken Dispatch following a shooting incident involving a child. According to the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office, the Wagener Police Department is handling the case.

    NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WJBF) – North Augusta Department of Public Safety has detained a subject after fleeing from officers at the SRP Federal Credit Union at 403 West Martintown Road on Thursday. According to NADPS, the subject was part of a foot chase and sweep of the area – those traveling in the area near West Martintown Road and Carolina Avenue around 4 p.m. likely saw a large amount of law enforcement officers searching the area.
