(WJBF) – The ramp from the Eastbound Welcome Center at the Georgia-South Carolina border to I-20 East closed Thursday afternoon, according to South Carolina Department of Transportation. According to North Augusta Department of Public Safety, a Tesla caught fire at the entrance to the South Carolina Welcome Center, causing traffic to be diverted. As of 3 p.m., one lane of I-20 Eastbound is closed, causing traffic building and slowed travel conditions in the area.

AIKEN, S.C. (WJBF) – Two people are facing charges in Aiken after a months-long investigation into a massage parlor. The investigation began following numerous public tips regarding Golden Fingers Massage Parlor on Silver Bluff Road, alleging that the business was offering sexual services in exchange for payment. 39-year-old Zhaoai Chen and 39-year-old Jinlan Sun are behind bars charged with prostitution. SLED assisted in this investigation.
