Photo by Ross Kinnaird/Getty Images It is hardly a surprise, but it is official nonetheless. On Wednesday it was announced that world number one golfer Scottie Scheffler is the first person to officially qualify for the United States Ryder Cup team that will look to re-take what is theirs at Bethpage Black later this year. “Scottie continues to prove why he is the No. 1 player in the world, showcasing incredible consistency and dominance week to week,” U.S. Captain Keegan Bradley said.

Photo by Chris Bernacchi/Diamond Images via Getty Images It has been a rough season for the Colorado Rockies. That is flying at 30,000 feet, but you get the picture.

We can put an end to any speculating. A few hours after head coach Brian Schottenheimer said he expects Micah Parsons to be at the Dallas Cowboys’ mandatory minicamp next week, Parsons noted on social media that he will be there even if his contract situation is not resolved.
