In Barre, there were evacuations in parts of the city and several streets were closed.

There are 21 performers and 35 student bands from around the region on the lineup. The festival takes place across Burlington from Wednesday, June 5 through Sunday, June 9.

Pictures from police show vandalism on the front and back side of the building.

Burlington, VT – A winter parking ban will be in effect in the City of Burlington starting at 10 p.m. Saturday night. The ban will be in effect for most of Burlington until Sunday at 7 a.m. A ban in the downtown area will be in effect from midnight until 6 a.m. There are also also exceptions for the North and East side of Franklin Square. Burlington’s Department of Public Works says it will work overnight to keep street and sidewalks clear.
