Fresno State went 6-6 in the regular season last fall, earning a trip to a bowl game for the fourth straight year despite fielding an offense that was inconsistent at best. The Bulldogs ranked No. 9 in the 12-team Mountain West in total yardage (340.6 yards per game) and No. 10 in rushing yardage.
