By Ronni NewtonConnecticut State Police issued a Silver Alert on Wednesday for a missing adult, and are asking for the public’s assistance. Kathleen Fitzpatrick, 65, was last seen in West Hartford on Tuesday, April 15, 2025. She is described by police as 5-feet 4-inches tall, with brown hair and blue eyes, and she weighs roughly 100 pounds.
