BALTIMORE - Numerous community organizations, including the Baltimore Community Foundation have given three million dollars in grants to 66 small businesses affected by the Key Bridge collapse. These businesses are around Baltimore, Southeast Baltimore County, and Northern Anne Arundel County. The grants will address losses in revenue, increased costs, and challenges stemming from the collapse officials say. They will range from $10,000 to $50,000 in value.

BALTIMORE - Emergency Response Teams are assisting with an oil spill in Baltimore's harbor. Officials say about 100 gallons of oil, from unknown origin, spilled in the harbor. The red color in the water is coming from dye in the oil. The U.S. Coast Guard and a private contractor are also helping with cleanup.

By BALTIMORE COUNTY - Natural Resource Police are investigating after human remains were discovered by a hiker in Patapsco Valley State Park. Police say the remains were found on the Forest Glen Trail in the Hilton Area. NRP officers and criminal investigators are on scene. This incident remains under investigation.

BALTIMORE - Two new restaurants are coming to East Baltimore's Yard 56. The national award-winning burger chain Five Guys and the Breakfast Club, an upscale brunch restaurant, will bring Yard 56 to 97% occupied. With Five Guys' arrival, this will be the burger chain's 16th location in Baltimore. The Breakfast Club will occupy the ground floor space at the Lofts at Yard 56. The brunch restaurant is known for things like cinnamon roll pancakes with cream cheese frosting and seafood grits.

TIMONIUM, Md. - After 54 years, Costas Inn opens a second location at the Timonium Fairgrounds. This location will be known as Costas Inn Timonium. "This was our dad's vision, and though he's no longer physically with us, we feel him in every moment. It's been just over two months since he passed, but we know he's guiding us, sending signs, and watching over this next chapter," wrote the Costas Inn team on Facebook.
