TD Bank is closing 38 branches in 10 states, including six locations in New Jersey. TD Bank is laying off 52 employees as part of its closure of six branches in New Jersey. The job cuts will take place between March 31 and June 26, according to a filing with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Earlier this month, TD applied with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to close 38 branches across 10 states, including six in New Jersey.

Club Studio Fitness plans to open a 50,000-square-foot gym in the Wynnewood Shopping Center, marking the wellness chain's first Pennsylvania location. Irvine, California-based Club Studio Fitness will take over space previously occupied by Bed Bath & Beyond in the Main Line retail center owned by Federal Realty Investment Trust. The gym is scheduled to open in spring 2026.

Chubb has taken its place on Philadelphia's skyline. The insurance giant's name was placed over the weekend atop the company's 18-story future headquarters at 2000 Arch St. in Center City. The 438,000-square-foot office building is being developed by Parkway Corp. at the site of a former surface parking lot. Chubb’s $430 million building is planned to be completed in the second quarter of 2026.
