FARGO — Fargo North and Fargo South will officially join forces in boys hockey for the upcoming season. MOORHEAD — Tuesday's Section 8 girls lacrosse semifinal came with its share of adversity for Moorhead, but that didn't stop the Spuds from making some history. Despite being a player down the entirety of the second half, and two players down in the waning minutes, the Spuds held on for a 7-6 win over St. Michael-Albertville at Jim Gotta Stadium to advance to the section championship game for the first time.
