A photo exhibit featuring traditional Japanese tattoo art, called "American Irezumi" is coming to San Francisco's Main Library in October, featuring the work of San Jose tattoo artist Takahiro Kitamura. However, a tiny garage in the city of Berkeley is hoping to change that gender disparity, by giving power to young girls through the use and skill of power tools.
